How do I book an appointment?
The quickest and best way to book is to call the salon on (03) 9707 5722. You’re also welcome to pop in and we’ll find you a time.
Where are you located?
We’re at 14 Gloucester Avenue, Berwick VIC 3806 — on Gloucester Avenue in the heart of Berwick.
What are your opening hours?
Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9am–5pm, Thursday 9am–8pm, and Saturday 8am–2pm. We’re closed Sunday and Monday.
Do you have a cancellation policy?
Yes. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or don’t attend, a fee equal to 40% of the booked services is charged to the card on file. We send a reminder text about a week before your appointment.
Do new clients need to provide card details?
New clients supply card details through our secure booking software when booking. They’re encrypted and stored only in case a late-cancellation or no-show fee applies.
