24 Hour Cancellation Policy

We understand that life gets in the way and schedules change. This is why we ask for at least 24 hour’s notice before your appointment to cancel or reschedule.

If you cancel or reschedule your appointment with us with less than 24 hour’s notice, or if you don’t turn up for your appointment, you will be charged for 50% of the service/s you were booked in for. This will be charged on top of your service at your next appointment, or you can come in store.

When you book an appointment with one of our stylists, you are booking their time. For the duration of your hair appointment, that time is blocked out for you. Some appointments may be blocked out for 2, 3, or more hours. Unfortunately, when an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice or is a no show, we don’t have an enough time to fill that spot with another client – resulting in a loss for the business, as we must still pay our stylists for their time. The 50% of your service charged on cancellations with less than 24 hours notice covers the costs of us not being able to fill the appointment.

If you book a ‘last minute’ appointment with us, meaning an appointment made within the next 24 hours – it will not be subject to a cancellation fee should you need to cancel.
